Body of POST /app-installs; enabled (true), config ({}), approveHosts (none) and autoUpgrade (off) have defaults. approveHosts lists every host the save adds to the install's, and comment is for whoever decides the save when it waits for an approval. autoUpgrade: 'compatible' lets the platform move an install of a platform app within its version's compatible range (AppInstallView.upgrade says what a move waits for).
