vendor-a: an install's own name, under AppName's rules; call_app steps and app rules name the install by it. Install names and aliases share one namespace per tenant: a rename keeps the former name as an alias of the same install (AppInstallAlias), so what still names it keeps reaching it, and no other install may take it while it is one.
