Function: webhookEventId()

A webhook's default event id, for a vendor that names no event id where its signature covers it: the host's HMAC-SHA256, in hex, of the external id as UTF-8, a NUL byte and the body, under the fixed text key aletheia-webhook-event-id (core's webhookEventIdRequest). The API counts a re-delivery of the same body for the same session once, while the same body for another session is another event. An event id read where the signature does not reach (a header the scheme does not sign, the query) would let a replay of a signed body count as new.
