Interface: HttpDigestAuth

HTTP Digest (RFC 7616): the host sends the request, reads the challenge of the 401's WWW-Authenticate and sends the request again with the digest response and the cookies the 401 set. A 401 whose challenge says stale=true (the nonce expired) is answered once more with its new nonce. Every request counts against the call's limit; an answer that is not a Digest challenge is the answer.
