Appearance
Interface: HttpRequest
What ctx.http sends: an https URL on one of the install's hosts (the manifest's, and those of the URLs its config holds at hostsFromConfig) at that host's port, the scheme's default unless the host names one (api.vendor.example:8443), with ctx.secret(name) placeholders in the URL (each value percent-encoded where it lands), the header values, the body (HttpBody), the fields of auth and the prefix and suffix of sign. A placeholder anywhere else, such as a header's name, refuses the request, and so does a path with a . or .. segment once filled. The host builds auth over the final request, then sign. Redirects are not followed; host, content-length, transfer-encoding, connection, expect and upgrade are the host's to set.
