How far a request that failed in transit got (HttpNetworkError.network). not_sent: the connection was never made (the name did not resolve; the connection was refused, the host or network unreachable, the connect timed out; the TLS handshake failed), so the vendor cannot have received it. unknown: it may have arrived (the connection was reset or closed before the response ended, or no answer came in time once connected).
