{{secret:NAME:TAG}}: what ctx.secret(name) answers, TAG being the call's secret tag, which the host draws for every call and hands the module alone. The host replaces it with the install's value in a request of the same call. Text without the call's tag (a placeholder written by hand, kept from another call, or read from the input, a webhook or a vendor's answer) is not a placeholder: the host sends it as it is.
